Mechanical Construction Lead Superintendent – Large Projects Our client is seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Lead Superintendent with a strong history of managing and building large-scale projects. This role leads on-site mechanical operations, supervises crews, and ensures projects are executed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Responsibilities

Direct all mechanical construction activities on-site, including labor, materials, and equipment coordination

Supervise field crews and subcontractors, ensuring quality and safety standards are met

Coordinate with general contractors, owners, and internal teams to maintain project alignment

Oversee scheduling, productivity, and project documentation

Troubleshoot field challenges and provide leadership guidance to teams

Experience Needed

Proven track record managing large commercial or industrial mechanical projects

Strong leadership and team management skills

Ability to handle multiple projects and complex scopesUnion pay rates with overtime opportunities
