What is the job:
Radware is seeking a high‑performing sales leader to drive adoption and revenue growth for its innovative Agentic AI Protection Solutions across the US and Canada. You will execute the North America go‑to‑market strategy, develop new business, lead customer acquisition and partner engagement, and empower the regional field sales organization, all as part of a fast‑moving, global team building the future of AI‑driven cybersecurity.
What will you do?
Sales & Market Execution
Execute the North America GTM plan, driving expansion across key verticals and large enterprise customers in coordination with the business unit head
Act as the direct sales expert and primary field resource for complex Agentic AI opportunities
Cultivate, onboard, and activate strategic partners (AI Integrators, SIs, MSSPs, cloud providers) to amplify Radware’s reach and market impact
Deliver high‑impact technical and business presentations, demos, and executive engagements
Build pipeline, forecast regional revenue, and own performance metrics for the region
Serve as the go‑to sales specialist, supporting Radware’s broader salesforce to qualify, shape, and win deals involving Agentic AI Security
Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to tailor market positioning and resolve customer needs
Provide actionable competitive feedback and regional insights to inform product enhancements and global GTM strategy
What you need:
7+ years in enterprise cybersecurity or AI sales with extensive North American experience
Track record of exceeding quotas in new/emerging technology domains
Success in recruiting, onboarding, and scaling partner and channel ecosystems
Strong technical fluency with AI architectures, agentic systems, and enterprise security frameworks is a big plus
Experience selling to Fortune 1000 and top‑tier verticals is preferred
Willingness to travel regionally for customers and partners engagements
