About the Role We are hiring a Sales Development Representative to help drive top‑of‑funnel growth for a next‑generation hiring technology platform. You will be the first point of contact for prospective customers. Your work will include identifying leads, qualifying interest, and booking introductory meetings that support overall revenue goals.
In this role, you will handle outbound outreach across multiple channels, including cold calling, email, social engagement, and occasional in‑person events. You will refine messaging, experiment with new outreach strategies, and collaborate closely with the sales team to maintain pipeline accuracy and momentum.
