Design and Analysis Engineer (Electrical Systems Design)
Position located in El Segundo, CA. Senior level role seeking experienced Engineer to contribute to the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) satellite program. The position is contingent upon award and requires a US Secret Security Clearance and US citizenship.

Position Responsibilities
Work with customers and teams to resolve complex requirements and system architecture issues.
Lead multi‑discipline teams to develop improved processes and tools for requirements definition.
Define strategy, methods and tools to improve test and integration work; oversee suppliers to ensure compliance with complex system requirements.
Lead teams to conduct program independent reviews and report results to program leadership.
Develop strategies for support of fielded hardware and software over the entire product lifecycle.
Lead research into multiple advanced technologies for potential application to company business needs.
Makes recommendations for technology investments.
Define mission operations and mission threads for communications, RF analog system and EW.
Basic Qualifications (Required)
Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or equivalent non‑US qualification.
20+ years of work‑related experience with a Bachelor’s degree OR 15+ years with a Master’s degree.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired)
Payload analytical mission analysis.
MATLAB tool usage.
Requirements verification.
RF and analog electronics expertise.
Benefits & Compensation
Level 6 pay range: $198,050 – $267,950 annually.
