Regional Director GeoStructural Engineering
Location: Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania
Pay Range: $120,000 - $200,000
What’s the Job?
Lead and grow the geostructural business within the Philadelphia area, fostering new client relationships and expanding existing accounts.
Oversee the review of complex construction documents, including calculations, plans, and specifications to ensure quality and compliance.
Manage multidisciplinary project teams, coordinating efforts across various offices and stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes.
Develop and implement QA practices, ensuring technical excellence and adherence to industry standards.
Participate in business development activities, including proposal preparation, client presentations, and strategic planning.
What’s Needed?
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited program; a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering (Geotechnical or Structural) is preferred.
15+ years of relevant experience in geostructural engineering, with a proven track record of leadership and project management.
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Pennsylvania or ability to obtain licensure through reciprocity.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
Experience in transportation, support of excavation, and wall design is preferred.
