Context And Mission AI Factories is a strategic program that brings together science, innovation, and society through activities designed to promote the development and adoption of trustworthy, high-impact Artificial Intelligence. This initiative will turn the BSC into an epicenter of AI (Artificial Intelligence) development, enabling both the public and private sector to drive high-impact science and technology R&D projects. Reporting to the AI Factory Services Manager of the Business Innovation and Development Unit of BSC, you will manage the partner certification process, following the user lifecycle of the AI Factory and interpreting possible scalability pathways while seeking the partner ecosystem to bring products or services to market. This mechanism is necessary for companies to develop new products or services related to the AI Factory. You will coordinate with the different strategic verticals of BSC, as well as all strategic sections, the Technology Transfer Department, and Business Development.

Key Duties

Relationship management with clients, understanding their needs.

Interpretation of needs according to business capabilities and their internal understanding.

Understanding of customer relationship management platforms (CRM).

Prepare reports on the use of interactions with clients and program partners.

Analyse potential updates or improvements in service and relationship with clients and partners.

Requirements Education

University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.

Essential Knowledge and Professional Experience

More than 2 years in client management, integration, information management, and 360 service relationships.

Knowledge in project management, Agile methodologies, Scrum, etc.

Understanding of infrastructures, telecommunications, and data systems.

Knowledge of the technology market, hyperscale, cloud computing, on-premise CPS, etc.

Experience with project management tools.

Knowledge in data management methodologies.

Knowledge in Project Management.

Knowledge of training platforms (LMS).

Additional Knowledge and Professional Experience

Experience working with research organizations, public institutions, or in multi-actor European projects is highly valued.

Competences

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strategic thinking, proactivity, and client-centered mindset.

Comfortable interacting with both scientific teams and business managers.

Proficiency in English; Spanish and/or Catalan are a plus.

Knowledge in innovation, data management practices, or similar is a plus.

Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and HPC will be valued.

Conditions

Location: BSC within the Directors Department.

Contract type: Full‑time (37.5h/week), open‑ended with flexible working hours and an extensive training plan.

Benefits: restaurant tickets, private health insurance, and support for relocation procedures.

Holidays: 22 days of holidays + 6 personal days + 24th and 31st of December as per collective agreement.

Salary: competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience, according to the cost of living in Barcelona.

Starting date: May or June.
