Practice Details
Take over an established patient panel with a strong community reputation
Lead a cohesive team of 4 experienced Dentists and 4 Dental Hygienists
50% clinical / 50% administrative with flexible scheduling (4x10s or 5x8s)
Play a key role in oversight of care delivery, compliance, quality, and team leadership
Provide direct dental care while also participating in strategic planning and performance improvement
Compensation
$200,000-$260,000 base salary, depending on experience
Generous Sign‑On Bonus + Relocation Support
Student Loan Repayment options available
