Must Have Role: Project Manager
Job Description: We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in Omnichannel Campaign Analytics and proficiency with appropriate Media and Analytics solutions, such as Adobe Analytics (and Adobe suite of website testing and personalization products such as Adobe Target), Google/Bing Analytics, Quantum Metrics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Veeva CRM, Claravine (UTM parameters), Azure Databricks, Tealium, and exposure to data sources like Google/Bing, Lasso, PulsePoint, Trade Desk, Meta / X / LinkedIn, Sermo / Doximity.
Roles & Responsibilities
10–14 years of experience in Omnichannel Campaign Analytics.
Well versed in project planning, estimations, risk management, stakeholder management and execution.
Ability to control cost of delivery of the project and improve profitability.
Create Test and Control Groups for the Campaign.
Provide problem solving and data analysis derived from marketing/business experience and industry insight.
Lead projects, communicate with clients and internal teams, and promote a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
Scope tasks, phases, and projects with input from multiple teams.
Develop and manage project timelines and project plans.
Identify and mitigate project risks from time to time.
Validate and present project deliverables.
Ensure quality of deliverables and operation of managed resources.
Perform technical analysis of project milestone deliverables including designs, wireframes, and specifications.
Apply analytic capabilities and methodologies to solve client marketing problems.
Transform data, analysis, and statistics into a clear picture for the brand(s).
Schedule and prioritize tasks to ensure timely delivery.
Ensure that challenges and issues faced by the technical team are accurately conveyed to all stakeholders.
Help in analysis and build of data schemas for complex integrations and technical specifications of complex deliverables.
Establish close working relationships with internal team members.
Keep communication warm and complete for all internal and external stakeholders/customers.
Provide quality analysis and related outputs, deliverables, and presentations.
Maintain well‑documented and process‑driven project management practice, audit‑ready at all times.
Have strong analytical ability and feasibility analysis on the requirement/designs.
Have very good communication skills.
