Action Property Management is expanding in the

Sacramento

area. We are looking for a hands‑on, dynamic

Regional Manager

to lead this exciting growth. This is a unique opportunity to build and shape an emerging market for California’s premier property management company. The

Regional Manager

must have at least 7 years of

HOA

leadership experience in portfolio management and large‑scale communities.

Compensation:

$110k-$135k depending upon experience + comprehensive benefits package

Relocation:

To support your transition to the area, Action will offer a relocation allowance not to exceed

$10,000 .

About the Role As the

Regional Manager

for

Sacramento , you will play a pivotal role in Action’s growth and presence in this region. You’ll be both strategic and hands‑on, driving growth while ensuring exceptional service:

Key Responsibilities

Regional Growth & Team Development:

Build and scale operations, recruiting, developing, and mentoring team members as the region expands.

Business Development & Sales:

Collaborate with our Sales & Marketing teams to identify new business opportunities, actively participate in presentations, and cultivate new leads.

Account Leadership:

Closely supervise existing portfolio and on‑site Community Managers, and oversee new account transitions in tandem with Community Managers, ensuring seamless onboarding and high client satisfaction.

Leadership & Strategy:

Inspire excellence, establish a strong culture, and align the region’s goals with Action’s vision.

Qualifications

7+ years of progressive

HOA management experience , including large‑scale communities

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Must be able to confidently present

HOA management services

to prospective boards and community leaders, contribute to lead generation initiatives, and actively participate in networking groups and industry‑specific events to build and maintain professional relationships.

CMCA required (or ability to obtain within 6 months); AMS and PCAM highly desirable

Strong knowledge of

HOA

governing documents, compliance requirements, and financial reporting

Proven success managing diverse portfolios, driving growth, and building high‑performing teams

Onsite management experience preferred, with exposure to high‑profile accounts

Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and guide boards, staff, and vendors

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills
