Claims Investigator - Experienced

Claims Investigator We are seeking an experienced investigator with multi‑line investigations, including W/C and P&C experience. SIU experience is highly desired, but not required. Candidates should possess proven investigative skill sets, honesty, integrity, self‑reliance, resourcefulness, independence, discipline, and strong time‑management skills.

Must have reliable transportation, a digital recorder, and a camera. Job duties include taking in‑person recorded statements, capturing scene photos, writing a detailed, comprehensive report, communicating with clients, and meeting strict deadlines on all assignments.

W/C and P&C investigations

Writing accurate, detailed reports

Strong initiative, integrity, and work ethic

Securing written/recorded statements

Accident scene investigations

Possession of a valid driver’s license

Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks

Computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Outlook

Minimum requirement: 5–10 years of experience working as a SIU Investigator.
