Job Description Responsibilities
Own Sales Enablement strategy and execution for the Digital Lead Desk team, ensuring all representatives have the tools, insights, and training necessary for success.
Implement and manage Zoom Revenue Accelerator for call coaching, deal intelligence, and conversational analytics.
Partner with sales leadership to define and continuously refine enablement KPIs such as ramp time, conversion rates, and rep productivity.
Partner with the organic growth sales team to ensure smooth integration between digital lead generation, lead desk enablement, and advisor‑driven conversion.
Collaborate with technology and data teams to build enablement tools, dashboards, and automation that support performance visibility and continuous improvement.
Define and track KPIs for lead quality, digital conversion, cost per acquisition (CPA), and lifetime client value (LCV).
Leverage behavioral analytics, CRM data, and sales engagement insights from tools like Zoom Revenue Accelerator to identify optimization opportunities
Lead and mentor a cross‑functional growth and enablement squad, including product managers, analysts, and technologists.
Prior experience improving digital‑to‑human conversion funnels (e.g., from online inquiry to advisor engagement).
Familiarity with personalization and segmentation strategies for high‑net‑worth and mass‑affluent audiences.
Understanding of financial compliance, data privacy, and advisory service regulations.
Experience evaluating, integrating, and scaling new sales enablement technologies within a hybrid acquisition model (paid, organic, referral, and partnership‑based).
Strong understanding of the Wealth Management client journey, including lead capture, qualification, advisor assignment, and onboarding.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in growth product management and digital marketing preferably in financial services
Experience implementing and managing sales enablement platforms such as Zoom Revenue Accelerator, Gong, Highspot, or equivalent.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).
