Our client, a boutique Executive Search firm just west of Boston, is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join their team and help manage various search processes. This is a great opportunity for someone who has some administrative experience and is looking to transition into a position within recruiting that is project management oriented. The role will also offer long term growth opportunities in recruiting and operations. This company has a great culture and is looking for someone who wants to take initiative, learn a lot, and get exposure to all aspects of executive recruiting. The environment is hybrid with Fridays remote.
Responsibilities
Manage search information within several databases
Manage various operational processes and confirm completed aspects
Schedule multiple meetings and interviews
Build out search projects
Interact regularly with executive candidates and clients
Coordinate travel arrangements for Partners and executive candidates
Prepare client marketing and meeting materials
Initiate and work on various ad hoc operational projects
Requirements
1-5 years of experience working in an administrative position
Experience in a Recruiting/TA environment a plus.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities – both strategic and tactical planning
Adept at multitasking and prioritizing multiple competing assignments
Intellectually curious with a readiness and willingness to learn
Strong attention to detail
Ability to enforce process and hold others accountable
Capacity to work in a high growth, fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s Degree
