Compensation: $215K $245K Base Salary + Incentive Bonus

Position HighlightsCompensation: $215K $245K base (depending on experience and location)
Bonus: Performance-based incentives tied to quality metrics
- Support Team: Scribe, Medical Assistant, and Social Worker
Clinic Resources: Onsite lab with phlebotomist; RubiconMD for specialist consults
EMR Systems: Canopy and Greenway
Care Model: 100% outpatient, value-based healthcare
Clinic Staff: 3 5 providers per location (mix of MDs and NPs)
Patient Experience: Free transportation within 5 miles; community wellness activities such as exercise, yoga, dance, and social events
