Hartman Executive Advisors (HEA) is a vendor‑independent consulting firm focused on driving technology strategies that create business value. We are looking for a senior‑level strategist and technologist to bridge business strategy with hands‑on AI application design.
Summary
We need a professional who can lead small client pilots, design AI solutions, and document reusable frameworks. The ideal candidate has strong consulting experience, familiarity with Microsoft AI and data tools, and the ability to translate technology opportunities into business outcomes.
Requirements
- 8+ years of combined experience in data, analytics, or AI‑enabled consulting
- Proven experience with Azure AI, Power Platform, and Microsoft Copilot
- Prior client‑facing consulting experience, ideally in IT advisory, digital transformation, or data strategy
- Understanding of enterprise data systems and AI integration points
- Ability to prototype solutions and produce documentation or frameworks
- Excellent communication skills, with comfort presenting to executives
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in computer science, data science, or related discipline
