Data Analyst – Investment Data (W2 or IC)
We’re looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our Data Platform Team within the Data & Analytics Group in Boston, MA.
This role focuses on analyzing enterprise and vendor datasets , driving data quality , and collaborating across business and technology teams to manage data onboarding, lifecycle, and governance.

What You’ll Do
- Partner with business and technology teams to enhance data pipelines and improve data quality controls.
- Conduct data profiling, cleansing, and anomaly detection.
- Support data governance and documentation efforts.
- Participate in UAT and change control for data-related initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years in Investment Management or Asset Management data analysis.
- Strong SQL and data interpretation skills; Snowflake experience is a plus.
- Hands‑on experience with Data Governance , Data Quality , and data lifecycle management.
- Familiar with Agile methods and JIRA .
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
