We are seeking a technically strong and strategically minded Technical Lead to join our Enterprise Data Platform team. This individual will be responsible for leading the design, development, integration, and ongoing optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions—primarily Customer Engagement (CE), Finance & Operations (F&O), and the broader Power Platform ecosystem. This is a hybrid role that blends hands-on technical development with technical leadership, architecture planning, and cross-functional collaboration .

This position requires a solid understanding of enterprise business workflows, system integration patterns, and modern software development practices, as well as the ability to mentor other developers and align technical solutions with broader IT and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of scalable, secure solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and F&O , in alignment with business and product strategies.
  • Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to gather technical and functional requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Architect and implement system integrations using Azure Functions , REST APIs , and middleware tools , ensuring smooth data flow between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems.
  • Oversee and support data migration, transformation, and harmonization efforts across platforms.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices for performance, security, maintainability, and scalability.
  • Implement and manage DevOps pipelines for automated testing, builds, and deployments.
  • Perform code reviews and serve as a mentor to developers across internal and external teams, ensuring adherence to architectural and coding standards.
  • Create technical documentation, architectural diagrams, and contribute to user stories and project artifacts.
  • Provide ongoing support and enhancements for Dynamics applications, including plugin development, custom workflows, dashboards, forms, and Azure services.
  • Guide and support contractors and internal developers in development best practices, platform configuration, and architecture alignment.
  • Drive technical decisions regarding data models, API design, automation workflows, and system architecture to support evolving business needs.
  • Partner with IT, data engineering, security, and DevOps teams to ensure enterprise-wide consistency and compliance.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in software development, enterprise application architecture, or Dynamics CRM/ERP implementation.
  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and F&O , with experience in customization, development, configuration, and architecture.
  • Knowledge of Azure cloud services , including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus.
  • Experience with system integration strategies and tools (e.g., REST APIs, middleware, ETL processes).
  • Understanding of business process automation , workflow development, and data modeling.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps tools and processes.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are highly preferred.
