Akkodis is seeking a Automation Project Manager for a Contract job with a client for Cupertino, CA . Strong background experience in Robotic Process Automation , including experience with Automation Anywhere ..

Rate Range: $90/hour to $100/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Summary: The Process Automation Manager is responsible for successfully completing projects to transform and optimize business processes. A successful individual thrives in a dynamic environment, is organized and detail-oriented; excels in program management; communicates with ease at all levels; and is adept at facilitating actions and resolving conflicts. Furthermore, we lead within Worldwide Operations and collaborate with other functional organizations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Developing and driving implementation schedules for high impact projects
• Managing an efficient allocation of shared resources and coordinating with internal and external teams to support delivery of projects in parallel
• Leading the execution from start to finish of process automation solutions across several teams and functions.
• Communicating upward and downward throughout the organization, raising key issues and options to resolve with stakeholders and executive teams

Key Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience managing project teams to deliver process improvement projects
• Experience implementing process automation using tools like Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath, etc.
• Results oriented and attention to detail
• Ability to deliver highly complex and ambiguous large-scale initiatives under pressure
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to present to management

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred. Masters or MBA are considered a plus
• 5+ years of experience with robotic process automation
