Trusted Semiconductor Solutions has an immediate opening for an experienced IT Manager.

Job Description:

The IT Manager will oversee daily technology operations and lead a team of IT professionals to deliver reliable technical services and support. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with team leadership to ensure effective IT operations and service delivery.

Qualifications

Required Technical Skills

  • Expert knowledge of Windows Server administration
  • Network protocols and services (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP)
  • Virtualization technologies (VMware vSphere, Hyper‑V)
  • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Network security and firewall management
  • Infrastructure monitoring and alerting systems
  • PowerShell and bash scripting
  • SQL database administration
  • VoIP and unified communications systems

Required Certifications (At least two of)

  • ITIL v4 Foundation
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect
  • CompTIA Security+ (A+ is good in combination)
  • VMware VCP-DCV
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Redhat Certified Admin/Engineer (RHCA/RHCE)

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
  • Configuration management (Ansible, Chef, Puppet)
  • Public key infrastructure (PKI) management
  • SD‑WAN implementation and management
  • Python or other programming languages
  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or related field
  • Master’s degree preferred in related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience as an FSO or Deputy FSO
  • Ability to obtain and maintain higher clearances
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification
  • Current FSO certification from DCSA Center for Development of Security Excellence
