We’re building modern, social-first gaming experiences via a proprietary platform that powers sportsbook and casino applications. Join our high-impact backend engineering team as a Senior Backend Software Engineer.
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable, high-performance systems that power millions of transactions.
- Influence architectural decisions and mentor teammates.
- Build and maintain Python APIs, data pipelines, and analytics.
- Develop infrastructure automation, CI/CD, and monitoring.
- Implement geolocation-based access controls, AML/KYC compliance, and performance optimizations.
- Collaborate with cross-team product and technical teams.
- Contribute to architectural design and mentorship of junior engineers.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience designing, building, and scaling high-performance backend systems.
- Strong expertise in Python for backend development, automation, and data processing.
- Proficiency in API development, CI/CD processes, and infrastructure automation.
- Experience with data pipelines, analytics, and geolocation-based access controls.
- Familiarity with system security, AML/KYC compliance, and performance optimization.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across technical and product teams.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience in gaming, fintech, or social application development.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
- Exposure to microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural design.

- 90% Python, API, and backend systems.
- 10% Infrastructure and automation.
- 85% Hands‑on engineering and development.
- 15% Cross‑team collaboration, architecture, and mentorship.
Compensation
$100,000 - $130,000 plus bonus or commission eligible.
