Job Description: The Power Platform Developer (PPD) will collaborate with functional owners, process subject matter experts, end users, and analysts to build data analytics outputs, knowledge management, and create digital processes and applications to support digital business transformation for the Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training, and Instrumentation (PEO STRI) Chief Information Office (CIO) / G-6 in Orlando, Florida. Full-Time/Part-Time: Full-Time Worksite details: Initially, the position will be hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 days telework) for 4-6 months due to space limitations. Long-term, it is expected to be onsite 5 days/week. Occasional travel may be required. Responsibilities include: Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop data analytics solutions. Using platforms, tools, and US Army enterprise IT & data systems to create a comprehensive data analytics environment. End-to-end data process management: from data sourcing and wrangling to modeling and developing Power BI reports with advanced visualizations. Maintaining and supporting a Power BI environment hosted by the Army. Position Requirements: Required Skills: Active DoD Secret security clearance Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Data Science, or related field, with 7-10 years of relevant experience At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Power BI Proven skills in data modeling, dashboard design, and visualization best practices Desired Skills: Experience with data architecture, modeling, and integrating multiple data sources Ability to translate business requirements into analytics solutions Proficiency in SQL or DAX programming Knowledge of PowerApps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, PowerShell Experience supporting Microsoft Office 365 environment Knowledge of Army financial systems and processes Strong communication skills for briefing leadership and summarizing technical data Why join Thompson Gray?
