Responsibilities Responsibilities include system integrations, custom code development, and 3rd-party application API integration. Configure out-of-the-box workflows and create/maintain custom workflows Configure application-related fields, forms, views, email notifications, acceptance roles, and access controls Responsible for the solution that includes high- and low-level designs, data modeling, data integration, tool configuration, dashboarding, visualization, and customizations. Administer the instance, including the delegation of groups, workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionary, catalog items, and updates of all other existing solutions requiring revisions Rapidly prototype new solutions to demonstrate Dynamics capabilities to our clients Collaborate with business users and stakeholders through design and implementation, including needs analysis and system requirements. Work with IT partners to design, configure, test and deploy changes to CRM database entities, fields, screens, forms, workflows, reports, and dashboards. Lead and/or contribute to technical design sessions. Document overall D365 system design and architecture as and where needed Required Skills Must be a US Citizen with ability to maintain DHS EOD BA +7 years of experience, AA + 10 years of experience, MA + 5 years of experience or 16 years of experience 7+ year’s experience developing with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and overall knowledge of the Dynamics platform 5+ years’ experience with PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) Ability to configure Dynamics 365 applications to meet business requirements including creating entities, workflows, automation and business rules Experience with Javascript, HTML, and CSS for frontend development Experience working with REST API, React, and Node JS Experience with version control systems such as Git or Azure DevOps Experience working in Agile environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Desired Skills Prior DHS or CISA experience Microsoft Certified Dynamics 365 Developer or other applicable certifications Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate Familiarity with other Microsoft Azure Cloud Services ECS is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate or allow discrimination on the basis any characteristic protected by law.
