Description In this exciting role, you will be responsible for safeguarding data from unauthorized access or modification, ensuring its availability, confidentiality, and integrity. You will create and enhance a high-visibility, collaborative web application used daily by the customer and across the broader Intelligence Community (IC) and partners. Your work will enable real-time data updates and sharing, supporting more informed and timely decisions related to national security. Location : Annapolis Junction, MD/Remote Telework Availability : Up to 16 hours per week can be remote Duties Provide front-end software development and technical services for the Analytic and Engagement Applications (AEA) organization. Collaborate with other software development teams to develop web-based user interfaces promoting interoperability, integration, and reuse. Perform code reviews and debug existing software to correct defects. Write and review software system documentation. Required Qualifications: TS/SCI Polygraph Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or four (4) years of verifiable experience in lieu of a degree. Experience developing applications using AngularJS, jQuery, React, Vue, or other JS frameworks. Experience developing Java Web or NodeJS applications. Experience with CSS and implementing RESTful services. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with relational or non-relational databases such as MongoDB, ElasticSearch, or PostgreSQL. Experience building user-facing web applications using React. Experience with SCSS, web sockets, AWS, and generating technical documentation. Experience working in an Agile environment, developing 508 compliant applications, managing code with GitLab, and using Jira and Confluence.
