Key Responsibilities
Support month-end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations
Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis
Maintain accurate general ledger entries and supporting schedules
Process invoices, expense reports, and AP/AR transactions
Assist with audits and ensure compliance with non-profit accounting standards
Partner with internal teams to streamline accounting processes
Support special projects and initiatives as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2+ years of accounting experience (non-profit experience a plus but not required)
