What You'll Be Doing:
Month-end Close: Journal Entries Balance Sheet Reconciliations Prepare commissions, comp plans, contract reviews Vendor Audit Review: Banking information, W9's, 1099 documentation
What We're Looking For:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred. Experience: Open to experienced professionals or recent graduates (internship or office experience a plus). Tech-Savvy: Excel (pivot tables & VLOOKUPs) required, experience with AS400 or ERP systems is a plus. Strong Communicator: This is not a heads-down role - you'll interact with operations, accounting, and leadership daily.
