Sunday - Thursday, 8 AM - 4 PM, Except Mon 12-8 PM | On-call rotation required | Occasional evenings/weekends as needed.
Job Summary:
The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day clinical operations of FLACRA’s ACC Residential Program, providing direct oversight and support to the residential counseling staff. This position plays a key role in supervising service delivery, ensuring clinical quality, supporting recovery goals, and maintaining compliance with agency policies and regulatory standards. The Clinical Supervisor will also provide training, mentorship, and leadership to staff while actively supporting resident needs through comprehensive and individualized care.
Required Qualifications: CASAC certification (required)
Minimum of three years of clinical experience in substance use disorder treatment
Valid NYS Driver’s License
Preferred Qualifications: Experience supervising clinical or residential staff
Strong understanding of OASAS regulations and documentation standards
Knowledge of community-based recovery services and systems of care
Skills & Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to supervise, motivate, and develop a clinical team
Strong problem-solving, time management, and crisis management skills
Cultural competency and the ability to engage respectfully with diverse populations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems
Team-oriented with a commitment to recovery-focused care
