Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of human resources including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, safety, and compliance
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals
Manage benefits administration and ensure accurate recordkeeping
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational culture
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, including management responsibilities
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
