Responsibilities:
Process and verify invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments. Maintain vendor records and resolve discrepancies. Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable. Reconcile statements and manage AP aging reports. Cross train/provide backup to Accounts Receivable.
Qualifications:
Prior experience as an
Accounts Payable Specialist
or in a similar role.
