Key Responsibilities (Assistant Controller): Assistant Controller Oversee corporate accounting functions and monthly close processes Manage external financial reporting, including SEC filings Provide guidance on technical accounting matters and policy development Lead SOX compliance efforts and maintain internal control environment Collaborate cross-functionally on financial strategy and process improvement
