Medicus is partnering with a medical center in Des Moines, Iowa, with an opening for a skilled OB Hospitalist to provide locum coverage.
Opening Highlights:
* Schedule: 24-hour in-house call shifts, 7a-7a * Setting: 8-bed OBED * Annual Volume: ~1,390 OBED visits, ~460 deliveries * Duties: OBED visits, emergent deliveries, and patients without a primary OB/GYN; no GYN duties * Support Staff: MFM on call, residents * Imaging, lab, and pharmacy onsite * EMR: Epic * Board certification required * Paid travel & expenses
