This organization has been operating for over 100 years. ABOUT THE ROLE Lead the full finance function for a growing, impact-driven organization. As Controller, you'll report to the COO, guide a small team, partner with senior leadership, and ensure financial clarity, stability, and compliance. An environment where your ideas and improvements are valued WHAT YOU'LL OWN Oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting Deliver monthly/quarterly financials to leadership and Board Support annual budgeting and long-term planning Manage cash flow, reserves, and audit process Oversee financial management of grants and contracts Partner with program leaders on budget tracking Lead and develop the finance team Participate in Finance Committee and select Board meetings WHAT YOU BRING Bachelor's in Accounting; 5 plus years in senior finance roles, ideally nonprofit
