professional development Key Responsibilities Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with GAAP Manage month-end and year-end closing processes Oversee general ledger activities and reconcile accounts Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
