Responsibilities of the HR Manager The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of employee relations, compliance, and performance management Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices The HR Manager will support leadership with recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies Drive initiatives that foster a positive, productive workplace culture
