This high-impact leadership role oversees enterprise-wide revenue cycle operations and is intentionally structured with a clear advancement path into a future Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) position.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize all revenue cycle functions, including patient access, coding, billing, claims, reimbursement, and collections.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive financial performance, reduce denials, enhance cash flow, and improve clean‑claim rates.
- Oversee revenue cycle analytics, KPI reporting, and forecasting to guide executive‑level decision‑making.
- Collaborate with clinical, financial, and operational teams to streamline workflows and elevate the patient financial experience.
- Implement and modernize technology platforms, systems, and processes to support growth and operational efficiency.
- Build, mentor, and develop high‑performing teams across multiple revenue cycle disciplines.
- Support enterprise strategic planning with increasing responsibilities that lead into a future CRO role.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle; multi‑site or multi‑state experience is highly preferred.
- Proven history of driving measurable improvements in revenue cycle performance and operational efficiency.
- Expertise in payer relations, denials management, RCM technologies, and healthcare financial compliance.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to mentor teams and influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or certifications (CRCE, CHFP, FHFMA) are preferred.
