About You
As a Concessions & Leasing Portfolio Manager, you bring strategic vision and operational discipline to every aspect of airport concessions management, ensuring seamless development, leasing, and compliance across a diverse portfolio. You thrive on building strong partnerships with concessionaires, guiding negotiations, and aligning business plans with organizational goals. Your ability to analyze financial performance, monitor sales, and enforce policies like street pricing reflects your commitment to integrity and customer value. With a keen eye for detail and a collaborative approach, you navigate complex regulatory requirements, oversee design and construction impacts, and champion marketing initiatives that elevate the passenger experience while driving sustainable growth.
What You Will Do
- Lead the development and management of airport concessions, ensuring contracts, compliance, and operational excellence across a diverse portfolio.
- Build strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders, guiding negotiations and fostering collaboration to enhance customer experience and revenue growth.
- Monitor financial performance, enforce policies, and maintain accurate data systems to uphold integrity and transparency.
- Navigates complex regulatory and construction challenges, aligning business objectives with innovative solutions that support long-term success.
What You Offer
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related field required; advanced degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate or business management; experience in airport concessions or similar environment preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, database systems, and presentation software.
- Demonstrated ability to research, draft proposals, and manage projects from conception to implementation while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.
