Our client, a leading construction management services firm, is seeking an
Assistant Superintendent
to join their team on-site at a manufacturing and distribution center in the greater Dallas area. This role works closely with the Site Superintendent, maintaining daily contact with subcontractors, foremen, and field staff, while ensuring company interests are protected and promoted. Qualifications & Experience: · Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, or Architecture (or related degree with construction coursework). · Formal engineering or architectural training and three years of building construction experience. · Solid knowledge of contract documents, drawings, specifications, surveying, and construction principles. · Effective communication skills and ability to train and mentor colleagues. · Proficiency in numerical calculations (discounts, percentages, basic algebra).
