Responsibilities of AP Specialist: Perform full-cycle Accounts Payable with a strong focus on 3-way matching Review and reconcile vendor invoices, packing slips, and purchase orders to resolve discrepancies and prevent payment errors Maintain accurate AP records, coding, and approvals for manufacturing-related inventory, supplies, and services Collaborate with procurement, receiving, and production teams to troubleshoot issues Process weekly check runs, ACH payments, and vendor statements while ensuring timely and accurate payments
Preferred Qualifications of AP Specialist: Previous AP experience Plus if you've worked in Manufacturing NetSuite experience is plus Can work independently Salary range is $55,000-$65,000
