Key Responsibilities of the HR Coordinator:
Coordinate HR administrative functions, including onboarding, orientation, and employee documentation Maintain employee records with accuracy and strict confidentiality Assist with recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate communication Support benefits administration and employee inquiries Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and applicable employment regulations
What We're Looking For in an HR Coordinator:
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred) Prior HR or administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare or regulated environment Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information Excellent communication and organizational skills
