$85k–$110k+ (Plus Quarterly Bonuses & $5k Sign-On Bonus) We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our client’s modern outpatient clinic. This role offers a varied caseload, staggered scheduling (typically 2 patients per hour), and strong mentorship opportunities. New grads are welcome, making this an excellent opportunity for clinicians passionate about growth, hands-on learning, and personalized patient care.

Responsibilities Conduct patient evaluations and design individualized treatment plans. Deliver outpatient care across ortho, sports, spinal, post-op, and more. Provide patient education on rehabilitation, injury prevention, and wellness strategies. Document progress accurately and maintain treatment records in Prompt EMR. Collaborate with a supportive team in a modern, architect-designed clinic space.

Preferred Qualifications Doctorate (DPT) or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. State licensure (or eligibility to obtain). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Passion for providing patient-centered care and professional growth.

Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:

$85k–$110k+ (experience-based) Bonus:

Quarterly performance bonuses (avg $1k/quarter) Raises:

Annual review, recent increases ranged 4–15% Sign-On Bonus:

$5k (split at 6 months and 1 year) Overtime:
