Full-time with flexible scheduling (no rigid productivity quotas) Location:
Redding, CA (Northern California / Greater Sacramento region) Population Served:
Outpatient orthopedic and sports therapy patients Compensation:
$120,000–$190,000 annually Bonuses & Perks: $10,000 sign-on bonus Profit sharing
model Relocation assistance available CE support + referral bonus program
Key Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient orthopedic and sports physical therapy setting Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Provide hands-on therapy focused on functional outcomes and long-term recovery Educate patients and families on exercises, injury prevention, and wellness Collaborate with fellow Physical Therapists (PTs) and clinic leadership Maintain accurate, timely documentation Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture
Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program Active California Physical Therapist (PT) license (or ability to obtain) Interest or experience in outpatient orthopedic and sports physical therapy Strong communication and interpersonal skills New grads and experienced Physical Therapists (PTs) encouraged to apply
