We are partnering exclusively with a rapidly scaling AI startup to hire a
Demand Generation Manager
to own their acquisition engine.
This company is redefining internal automation. They build AI agents that handle IT support workflows directly within Slack, allowing teams to focus on core tasks. They have hit a major inflection point with strong product-market fit and are already automating up to 70% of requests for some of the tech industry’s fastest-growing unicorns.

The Role
This is a high-impact, "0 to 1" role. You will build the paid growth engine from the ground up, owning strategy, execution, and optimization across all acquisition channels.
We aren't looking for someone to just pull levers; we need a strategist who can turn experiments into a predictable pipeline. You will partner directly with the Head of Growth and the founders to shape the GTM motion.
What You’ll Do:
Own the Stack:
Take full ownership of all paid channels (Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, X, and emerging platforms).
Experiment Relentlessly:
Develop an experimentation engine—testing copy, creative, and landing pages to validate hypotheses.
Scale Efficiency:
Measure CAC, conversion rates, and pipeline generation, turning insights into compounding growth.
Explore New Channels:
Go beyond the basics to identify opportunities in newsletters, sponsorships, and creator partnerships.
About You:
3-5+ years in B2B SaaS:
You have managed paid campaigns and have a deep understanding of funnel dynamics.
Data-Obsessed:
You are proficient with GA4, GTM, and attribution modeling.
Creative & Analytical:
You are just as comfortable brainstorming ad hooks as you are diving into complex dashboards.
High Agency:
You thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and take ownership of outcomes in a high-velocity environment.
