Master’s Degree. Top 3 Must-Have Hard skills: Python experience with Causal Inference models (Impact Measurement) Experience with different Difference in Difference (DID) models Methodology experience and ability to track it using Python Good to Have Skills: Survey Data Analysis Key Project:
We have a bunch of measurement products that all teams are using to measure their campaigns. Analyzing marketing performance Expert to marketing measurements Inference in python Story & Value Proposition:
This person will be forefront of marketing measurement research. Work on state-of-the-art measurement methods, marketing tools, and access to experts in the field How will performance be measured:
The person will be able to optimize, improve measurement models - better accuracy, smaller variance, faster performance. How many rounds of interviews?
2-3 rounds of interviews (30 minutes to 1 hour interview) 1st Round:
