Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive inpatient medical care to hospitalized patients
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Perform patient assessments, diagnostics, and develop treatment plans
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
Ensure documentation compliance and effective communication with staff
Participate in hospital committees and quality improvement initiatives
