Salesforce is a leading AI CRM company committed to innovation and customer success. We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Program Manager to join our Strategy team within the Learning and Enablement organization to drive complex cross‑functional programs from concept to global delivery.

Overview Of The Role As a strategic thinker, you will manage a portfolio of high‑priority initiatives focused on GTM enablement and organizational transformation. You will partner with senior stakeholders, translate executive objectives, and influence across functions without direct authority.

Responsibilities

Strategic Design & POV Development: design foundational strategy, develop clear, defensible POVs, define success criteria, chart long‑term global execution.

Program Design and Management: own end‑to‑end planning and execution of multi‑year strategic programs for operational transformation and GTM enablement.

Stakeholder Alignment and Partnership: serve as trusted partner to leaders across functions, secure cross‑functional alignment on objectives and milestones.

Organizational Change Execution: design, lead, and execute robust change management strategies for new operating models.

Strategic Communication: translate executive strategies into clear narratives and presentations for senior internal audiences.

Data‑Driven Accountability: implement governance, leverage data analytics to track metrics, measure impact, and optimize program effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

8+ years in strategy consulting, business transformation, or leading a global strategic PMO.

Track record of independently designing, managing, delivering complex enterprise‑level strategic programs with global scope.

Experience with GTM functions and sales enablement, understanding how capability programs translate into performance.

Exceptional strategic thinking and structured problem‑solving skills.

Strong senior‑level communication and influencing skills.

Bias for action and execution focus; thrive in ambiguity and move from strategy to execution with urgency.

Data and impact measurement experience; set KPIs, governance, ROI presentation.

For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $155,400 to $257,600.
