As the
Director of Electrical Engineering , you will lead the electrical engineering discipline, driving technical excellence and operational efficiency across multiple projects. This is a strategic leadership role where you will manage a team of talented engineers, oversee design standards, and ensure successful delivery of large-scale projects from concept through commissioning. Key Responsibilities
Provide
technical leadership
and oversight for electrical engineering design across mission-critical and high-performance facilities. Develop and implement
design standards, quality control processes, and best practices . Mentor and grow a team of electrical engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Partner with clients and internal teams to deliver
data center, healthcare, commercial, and institutional projects
on time and within budget. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for the electrical discipline. Stay ahead of emerging technologies and integrate
energy-efficient and sustainable solutions
into designs. Qualifications
10+ years of electrical engineering experience , with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record delivering
data center or mission-critical projects . Strong knowledge of
power distribution systems, redundancy strategies, and applicable codes . Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) preferred. Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage client relationships and internal teams.
