Endocrinologist –
Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor Rank
The successful candidate will be expected to practice in Morgantown, WV and/or Fairmont, WV and provide excellent patient care in endocrinology. Responsibilities include teaching medical students, residents, and fellows, and participating in clinical and translational research. For appointment at the Associate Professor or Professor rank, candidates are expected to sustain an outstanding, extramurally supported research program.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care in endocrinology at Morgantown or Fairmont.
Teach and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows.
Engage in clinical and translational research opportunities.
Maintain an outstanding research program at Associate or Professor rank.
Qualifications
MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent; eligible to obtain a state medical license.
Board certified or eligible in internal medicine.
Completed an accredited internal medicine residency program and an endocrinology fellowship program by appointment.
All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment.
