100% outpatient; no hospital call or rounds

On‑site behavioral health services

Compensation Package

Salary guarantee: $250,000 – $296,000 per year for two years, with quality incentives and productivity bonus potential

Job Requirements

Valid, unrestricted California medical license

Board‑eligible or board‑certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (ABMS or AOA)

Completion of an accredited postgraduate training program

H1B visa sponsorship available

Where You'll Work Patient Care

Diagnose and treat various medical conditions.

Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.

Conduct thorough medical examinations and histories.

Communication

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Provide clear and concise medical information.

Foster a collaborative and patient‑centered approach.

Documentation

Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date patient records.

Document medical findings, diagnoses, and treatment plans.

Ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations.

Diagnostic Procedures

Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including lab work and imaging.

Perform procedures as needed.

Collaborate with specialists for further evaluation.

Team Collaboration

Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals.

Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case discussions.

Provide consultative services to other providers.

Pay Range $118.63 – $142.68 per hour
