Centennial Urology is actively seeking a full‑time or part‑time Urologist to join our expanding practice in Roseburg, Oregon.

Job Requirements
Must have or obtain an Oregon medical license.
American Board of Urology certified or eligible.
DEA certificate with full prescriptive authority.
