We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Director of Product Management to spearhead defining and executing product strategy for our revenue cycle digital transformation. You will lead a team of talented product leaders and analysts, providing mentorship, guidance, and strategic direction to innovate our tools and platforms. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, deep technical understanding, and strong leadership skills to drive business growth and deliver exceptional value to our internal teams. Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
Develop and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy for our revenue cycle technology that aligns with DaVita's overall business objectives. Identify opportunities for improvement and automation within the revenue cycle, analyzing existing processes and understanding the needs of our financial and operational teams. Analyze industry trends and emerging technology, including AI, to continuously innovate and strengthen our platform. Team Leadership & Development
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of product leaders and analysts, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and curiosity. Attract, hire, and retain top product management talent with expertise in healthcare and FinTech. Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with IT, data management, operations, finance, and compliance teams to ensure a cohesive and successful product lifecycle from ideation to internal deployment and adoption. Serve as the primary product champion, effectively communicating and building buy‑in for the product strategy and roadmap with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership. Execution & Results
Oversee the entire product development process, from discovery and requirements gathering to internal launch strategy and performance analysis. Define and track key product and business metrics to measure success, such as time to cash, claim denial rates, and operational efficiency gains, to inform future product strategy. Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends in healthcare revenue cycle management and make data‑driven decisions to optimize our internal processes. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing a product team. Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling digital products within the healthcare revenue cycle, FinTech, or a related field. Technical fluency, including experience with AI, and the ability to work effectively with IT development teams. Strong understanding of agile product development methodologies. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels of the organization. Strategic and analytical thinker with a strong business acumen and a focus on driving measurable financial results. Deep empathy for the internal user (e.g., billers, coders, financial analysts) and a commitment to building tools that improve their efficiency and accuracy.
