The Senior Cyber Security Analyst serves as a technical subject‑matter expert responsible for safeguarding the casino, racetrack, and hospitality enterprise’s information systems. This role leads advanced monitoring, threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management, and compliance efforts to protect critical assets in alignment with gaming regulations, cybersecurity frameworks, and enterprise policies. Operating within a 24/7 gaming environment, the Senior Analyst partners closely with IT leadership, Security Operations, Compliance, and external regulators to ensure system resilience, rapid response to security events, and continuous improvement of security posture across all property locations. Responsibilities

Perform advanced threat detection, analysis, and incident response across enterprise networks, servers, casino systems, OT devices, gaming systems, and cloud environments. Lead investigations into complex security incidents, breaches, or anomalies, ensuring thorough documentation, root‑cause analysis, and lessons learned. Administer, tune, and optimize enterprise cybersecurity tools including SIEM, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, privileged access tools, firewalls, and monitoring platforms. Conduct and oversee vulnerability assessments, penetration testing coordination, and remediation tracking for all IT and gaming systems. Ensure compliance with PCI‑DSS, NIST, GLI standards, OCCC/MGC cybersecurity requirements, and internal control system (ICS) mandates. Support configuration and change management processes by reviewing system changes for security impacts and ensuring proper controls are implemented. Lead development and maintenance of cybersecurity policies, incident response plans, playbooks, and technical standards. Collaborate with IT Infrastructure, Applications, Networking, and Operations to ensure secure design, deployment, and maintenance of new systems and technologies. Provide mentorship, guidance, and technical escalation support to Cyber Security Analysts and Help Desk/IT staff as needed. Participate in internal and external audits, regulatory reviews, and requests from gaming authorities. Monitor and interpret cybersecurity trends, threat intelligence, and emerging risks relevant to casino, racetrack, and hospitality operations. Support and help deliver enterprise cybersecurity awareness programs, training content, phishing simulations, and regulatory education for team members. Prepare reports on security incidents, metrics, system health, vulnerabilities, and required regulatory documentation. Participate in on‑call and emergency response rotation for major incidents or system outages. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by management. Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years of age. Five or more years of cybersecurity experience, associate degree or above preferred, or a combination of education and experience. Advanced knowledge of security operations, threat management, and enterprise monitoring tools. Experience with firewalls, SIEM, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, encryption, and identity/access management systems. Strong understanding of PCI‑DSS, NIST CSF, gaming regulatory requirements, and data security standards. Experience supporting or securing casino, racetrack, hospitality operations, or other regulated environments preferred. Strong analytical and investigative skills with the ability to manage high‑impact incidents. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non‑technical users. Ability to work independently, handle sensitive data discreetly, and maintain confidentiality. Proficiency with cybersecurity monitoring tools, network utilities, and Microsoft Office Suite. Must maintain a valid state gaming license as required by jurisdiction. Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays to support 24/7 operations. May be required to respond to incidents remotely or on‑site and participate in after‑hours on‑call rotation. Physical Requirements and Work Environment
