Product Managers at Klaviyo have mastered the craft of Product Management. They are highly-skilled practitioners, directly responsible for driving significant business outcomes. At Klaviyo, you’ll work in a high-growth environment that offers unlimited potential.

About The Team Klaviyo’s Ecosystem team drives the evolution and growth of our App Ecosystem. The Partner App Experience team enhances how customers find, install, and activate Klaviyo‑ and partner‑built applications, delivering intuitive, delightful experiences that empower customers to act on integrated data. Our work involves close collaboration with internal teams and significant interaction with Klaviyo’s diverse customer base, including businesses, partners, and third‑party developers.
How You’ll Make a Difference
The ultimate measure of success for Lead Product Managers at Klaviyo is driving business outcomes, focusing on tracking, analyzing, and improving metrics for each product area.
You spend significant time interacting with customers, understanding their expectations to build products that exceed them.
You think deeply, quickly, and analytically, breaking problems into digestible pieces and making elegant solutions.
You articulate your thinking through the written word, as clear and prolific communication is central to our success.
You lead the team, accelerating or leveling up product managers and serving as a go‑to resource for other product managers.
What You’ll Do
Collaborate and communicate with all company teams and external parties.
Manage a roadmap, prioritizing projects with the largest impact.
Write great specs that detail every use case, potential solutions, concerns, edge cases, and articulated details.
Ship features, delivering improved solutions and experiences daily.
Mentor and coach fellow product managers toward better outcomes.
Learn relentlessly, diving deep into new challenges and becoming an expert.
Who You Are
6+ years of product management experience.
Proven experience in product management with a focus on highly technical products or infrastructure.
Passionate about product as a craft and building amazing B2B SaaS products.
A hustler who owns work and takes initiative.
Resourceful, flexible, and focused on getting things done without strict processes.
Track record of owning products.
Your First 90 Days In your first
30 days , you will acclimate to Klaviyo and its product.
First two weeks: onboarding program introducing you to the company and the product.
Time in Support, helping customers with issues for a holistic understanding.
Introduction to key stakeholders.
In your first
60 days , you will become a valuable team member.
Take ownership of a key product area, becoming the go‑to expert.
Spec and build your first product features, having a quick impact.
In your first
90 days , you will increase your influence.
Formulate strategy and roadmap for the product area.
Contribute to knowledge sharing with the larger product team.
Coach and mentor other product managers.

Compensation & Benefits Our salary range reflects the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. The base salary for this position is determined by job‑related skills, experience, education, training, and work location. In addition to base salary, total compensation may include participation in the company’s annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign‑on payments, and comprehensive health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility. Your recruiter can provide more details about the specific salary/OTE range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
Base Pay Range For US Locations: $168,000—$252,000 USD
